We value the trust and satisfaction our customers put in our
products and services. However, in case the product doesn’t
match up to your satisfaction, we accept returns for them.
Return policy differs from product to product and every
product might not have the same policy. Check under
individual products for their respective policy details and
guidelines. This is a general policy, individual product
policies shall prevail over general return policy.
1. What Can Be Returned?
Products which are listed for returns by sellers on our
platform and fall within the return window are eligible.
However, products which have explicitly mentioned that
they’re non-returnable will, under no circumstance, shall be
returned. Items are returnable if they’re received in a
physically damaged condition, have missing parts /
accessories, are defective or different from their
respective product description.
2. Return Initiation Window
Items that are to be returned shall fall under the return
window. The maximum time limit to initiate a return of a
product is 2 days. No return requests would be processed 2
days after you receive your products.
3. How To Return?
To place a return request, please write an email to
help@hobo.video You will be informed if return can be picked
up by our courier partners depending on your location. If
our courier partner can not pick up products to return to
the seller, we will guide you to dispatch the product from
your end via courier service or India Post. Once the seller
confirms that he/she has received the returned item, a
refund will be issued to the original payment method. If
payment was done through the Cash On Delivery method,
refunds will be transferred to your bank account which would
be taken
4. Return Confirmation
During pick-up, your product will be checked for the
following conditions:

Correct Product
IMEI/ name/ image/ brand/ serial number/ article
number/ bar code should match and MRP tag should be
undetached and clearly visible.
Complete Product
All in-the-box accessories (like remote control,
starter kits, instruction manuals, chargers,
headphones, etc.), freebies and combos (if any)
should be present.
Unused Product
The product should be unused, unwashed, unsoiled,
without any stains and with non-tampered quality
check seals/return tags/warranty seals (wherever
applicable).
Undamaged Product
The product should be undamaged and without any
scratches, dents, tears or holes.
Undamaged Packaging
Product’s original packaging/ box should be
undamaged.
Returns would not be processed if any of the above
conditions are not met.
5. Refund Processing Time For Returns
Refund process will be initiated once the seller confirms
the return of the product with above mentioned conditions.

For Cash On Delivery Orders

6. Order Cancellation Terms
In case you wish to cancel your orders, it shall be done
before the product has been shipped by the seller. No
cancellation requests would be accepted once the product
leaves the seller’s warehouse. To cancel orders, go to ‘Your
Orders’. Click on the item you want to cancel and click on
the cancel button for that order. You will be asked to
provide a reason for cancellation. If your reason is not
listed, you can select/ type “Reason not listed”. After
that, you must click on “Confirm Cancellation”. This will
confirm your cancellation process and you will be provided a
refund, if applicable.
7. Refund For Cancelled Orders
Upon cancellation of prepaid orders, the money will be
refunded into your original mode of payment, which will be
credited within 6 to 11 working days depending on the
payment method. No refund will be provided for Cash On
Delivery orders.
8. Late Or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank
account again. Then contact your credit/debit card company,
it may take some time before your refund is officially
posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some
processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done
all of this and you still have not received your refund yet,
